Have been using the french bulldog puppy for 8 months now, and really good stuff.
I buy only their products for my cat. They are more expensive than others but they are very good for animals.
Royal Canin dog food had gone through AADCO feeding trials and is considered the best. This food is also recommended from my dog vet. Well, all those factors are my choice for feeding my dog. And guess what? My dog love it. Never had any issues with Royal Canin. Recommended for everyone who loves their dogs.
I have considered for a long time whether I should write this review, but decided to do so in anger at their lack of customer service.
Three times I wrote to them for advice on where I could find a single tin of hipoallergenic food to try with my dog rather than having to purchase a pack of 12 or 24 which could be wasted.
I have been using Royal Canin dried food for a long time now on my vets advice but needed to try the wet food equivalent.
Not once did I get reply, despite all my efforts. I eventually got in touch with a competitor who was very helpful and so switched to the new brand.
Very disappointed with the service.
